Send feedbackThe daily recommended serving is equal to 1 x 8 grams (8 grams = one heaping scoop). This recommended daily consumption amount should not be exceeded. You can, however, divide this amount into several servings (eg. 2x 4 grams).
Note: Increased caffeine content (250 mg per serving). Not recommended for children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers. We recommend consumption from 16 years.

Send feedbackThe filling height of the tubs is due to technical reasons. When filling the tub, the powder is not always evenly distributed. In order to be able to ensure proper application of the fresh foil, a certain minimum distance from the powder to the edge of the tub must be guaranteed. However, your tub always contains 320 grams.

Send feedbackIn each tub of LevlUp there is a measuring spoon. Sometimes this slips a little deeper into the tub. Gently stir through the tub with a dry teaspoon and you should find it.

Send feedbackFirst of all, don't worry! The hole in your tub is a safety and quality feature: during production, some tubs are provided with a hole to ensure proper pressure equalization. So the hole is intentional and completely harmless.
